BioSpire Scientific was founded by a neuroscientist to support scientists as they navigate and grow their careers both within and beyond academia. With firsthand experience transitioning from academic research to industry, BioSpire Scientific provides tailored career coaching, strategic guidance, and practical tools to help scientists identify opportunities, develop professional confidence, and successfully move into fulfilling roles.

The founder earned her PhD from the University of Toronto and completed a postdoctoral training at St. Michael’s Hospital. After building a strong foundation in academic research and teaching, she transitioned into industry, gaining insight into the diverse career paths available to scientists outside traditional academic tracks.

Through BioSpire Scientific, my goal is to combine my scientific training with real-world industry experience to mentor researchers, trainees, and early-career scientists. The mission of BioSpire Scientific is to empower scientists to translate their skills into impactful careers, navigate career transitions with clarity, and unlock opportunities across academia, industry, and beyond.
